Virginia Rates and Fees
From Summit to Sea Counseling and Wellness is not yet credentialed with any insurance providers.
Consult/Intake Assessment- $200
A consult is a free 20–30-minute meeting with the provider to briefly discuss mental health needs, desires for treatment, and to identify if the therapist is qualified/a good fit for the client's needs.
The initial intake appointment is $200 and is a 60-minute assessment that gathers background information of social, biological, trauma, psychological, emotional and family history.
Individual Psychotherapy- $150
A 40-50 minute psychotherapy session is $150 and may be preferrable for clients who have busy life schedules and are fitting therapy around many other obligations, such as work or children.
A 55-minute session is $175 and may be preferred by clients who are seeking to engage in deep trauma-informed work or have multiple areas of concern for mental health needs.
Other Fees- $50-$200/hr.
Clients who do not notify the provider of cancellation prior to 24 hours notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee after the third occurrence.
Documentation fees are $100/hr.
Legal fees, court preparation or appearances are $200/hr.
